We decided to put our house on the market back in the spring of this year but we made the mistake of using a different agent (family member). Although the market seemed ‘hot’ there was no sale and the property went stale on MLS so we took it off the market for the summer months. Then we called Sarah (who had sold us the property and we should have called in the first place). Sarah came in, gave an opinion on what the property should sell for and had a Professional Stager visit us. Within days the house was on the market again and before we knew it, our place had sold before we had found a new place to move in to (for less than a thousand dollars under asking price).

When it came time to waive our condition of financing on the place we were going to buy, the bank decided (for reasons unclear) to renege on the pre-approval it had guaranteed us. Within the hour Sarah had made a phone call and had her broker find us the financing needed to secure the financing.
She has the connections, is extremely professional, and always available. We have already referred close friends and in the future will never even consider another agent.
