Why Rent When You Can Buy With No Money Down

How does it work ?

Example- $ 300,000 Purchase price. – the bank advances $15,000 down payment on closing to the lawyer

$300,000 -  15000 = $ 285,000 plus 2.90% mortgage insurance premium  = $293265.00 total mortgage that must be repaid.  ( 25 year amortization)

The term of the mortgage is 5 years and the interest rate is the posted rate of the bank. 30 and 35 year amortizations are also available.

You must have $4500.00 in closing costs.

Properties that are eligible include new construction homes, Single family unit or duplex or Type A vacation properties. The property must be owner occupied
